The Dork Circus
Half-Orc Fighter. Always hungry. Gorga of the Mel tribe was born in the land of Hakosuka. His father was Gudos and his mother Getae. His father was one of the most renowned blacksmiths in the local area. Gorga did not know much about them except what he has been told, for they were killed when he was very young. He was taken in by the High War Chief Dange Mir, ruler of all Hakosuka, who raised him as his own. At a very young age Gorga showed great promise as a fighter with skill and speed unmatched by any. He quickly became Dange Mir’s most trusted General at the young age of 17, commanding the largest army the land had ever seen. At age 23, the High War Chief sent Gorga to the distant land of Inutak as an ambassador.
When Gorga returned to Hakosuka 7 years later, all that remained was rubble where the great city of Amach once stood. The only clue he could discover to explain the destruction was a cloak with an unfamiliar crest (he later discovered it was the insignia of the Red Bishop Army). Gorga headed east, hoping to find some sign of his people.
After many long days on the road with no food, he met a mysterious cleric who shared food and news with him. After Gorga ate and told the Cleric of his journey, the Cleric gave him a drink that knocked him to the ground and into a deep sleep. When he awoke in the morning, the Cleric was gone—but Gorga could hear a voice whispering to him, telling him to travel north.
